Sunday

Black, on black, on gold.

I cannot believe how fast these holidays have flown by. No books have been read, no media assignments have been researched on, and my vocabulary has not been extended. Can you tell I'm dreading this return?

It's just because I have no idea what I am getting myself into for this year, last year took so many unexpected turns outside of school, so juggling both will be a struggle - but I will survive.
I wanted the bow tie to be the main focus of the outfit. So wearing all black really made that stand out. I wore my black ripped jeans, instead of normal; because I didn't want the rest of the outfit to be boring.
I am in love with this bow tie from Melbourne label, Limedrop. I love how unique it is - definitely something you wouldn't find in Zara. The silk print is actually Australian $1 and $2 coins, Limedrop have many more pieces from their collection with the same print.

These photos were taken in the parks and alleyways of Melbourne

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday, I'm off to the beach to soak up some sun.

  2. The bow tie is great! It really stands out against the all black outfit.

On another note, I'm about to move across the ditch from nz to Melbourne, do you have any tips on starting out in your city? Places to go / see / shop? I'm also looking for a retail job, preferably in fashion / clothing if you have any suggestions on good places to try?

    Reeeally appreciate your help!
