LMFF - ZSADAR Preview

I headed over to 'The Wearers Right' during LMFF, to meet the designer of WA-based menswear label, ZSADAR. On scene, Shane had his current collection, as well as the samples for his next collection for Spring/Summer 2012/13. All of his pieces are designed and made in Australia, created with the highest quality fabrics.... so soft!

What I admire about Shane's work, is his ability to take a statement menswear piece, and make subtle, but noticeable changes - in order to create something different and original. Exposed seams, pleating and irregular shapes make his designs stand out amongst other menswear pieces.

Check out the following photos from his current, all black collection - very Melbourne. To shop these pieces, head to the ZSADAR website here.
The following photos are of  ZSADAR's Spring Summer collection, which will be available for purchase later in the year. The garments are made up of various materials such as bamboo, silk, linen and cotton. This collection is very different from his last, in terms of the colour palette. I absolutely LOVE this collection, and Shane's work is exactly what menswear needs!

The wonderful Tish from Mister Mode looked amazing last Tuesday night for LMFF!
I hope everyone is enjoying their week, as I am currently preparing for my English SAC on Wednesday! Eeeek!
Wish me luck,

LMFF Street Style - Clea

The co-designer and owner of one of my favourite labels. Clea of Limedrop was dressed up to see their collection walk down the runway on Sunday night at the LMFF show presented by Frankie. P.S. My favourite collection from them yet, the prints are just so incredible!

What I wore: LMFF Frankie Runway

Tee Alpha60
Pants Topman
Sunglasses Karen Walker
Necklace Elgar&Lyle
How insane and amazing is this necklace from local Melbourne label Elgar&Lyle!? As soon as I laid my eyes on it, I knew I had to have it! It is the perfect way to add something original to a simple outfit. Even better, it is made by hand in Melbourne.
